NHS Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly are looking for those in Cornwall who have experience using palliative and end-of-life services in Cornwall (either personally or as a carer) who are interested in working with them to shape future services.
Through the new expert reference group, there will be opportunities for people to be involved in a variety of ways, from sharing experiences, to taking part in workshops, testing new ideas and ways of providing service information, or participating in the health and care system meetings, to help shape and inform how services are provided.
They are holding some information events in November to explain what being involved in our expert reference group will involve:
– Wednesday 13th November – Room 1, Chy Trevail (Bodmin) – 6:30pm – 7:30pm
Interested people can complete the online form (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/LJVMNNX), by Monday 11th November, to tell us about their lived experience and confirm the meeting dates they are able to attend.
