In a continued effort to support community health, CHAOS Radio has partnered with NHS Cornwall and Isles of Scilly for the Stay Well This Winter in Cornwall campaign.
This initiative aims to help residents stay healthy and well throughout the colder months by providing practical advice, resources, and support from local health and wellbeing champions.
The Stay Well campaign focuses on boosting immunity, staying warm, prioritising mental health, eating well, staying active, and supporting vulnerable neighbours and loved ones.
Throughout winter, CHAOS Radio listeners can tune in to hear from the different Stay Well champions – including NHS staff, community health workers, and representatives from local organisations – who will each share insights and tips to help Cornwall navigate the challenges of the season.

“By bringing together local health champions and sharing practical advice, we aim to empower our listeners to take small but meaningful steps toward improving their wellbeing during and beyond the winter months.”
